Change an account's stage

Keep track of how your sales process is going with an account using stages.

In Outplay, an account's stages reflect where they are in your outreach process. 

As an account's prospect moves through sequences, your Triggers can automatically set the appropriate stage in the account. But sometimes you want to manually set an account stage. You can do this on the Accounts screen.

  1. In the Accounts screen, click the account you want to edit.

  2. Click Show more options.

  3. Scroll down to Stage.

  4. Select the new stage.

  5. Save it.
