How Outplay's Sales Agency is different from Outplay's Engagement portal ?

Outplay's Agency panel is where you can add /manage all your Clients, assign team members. Outplay's Engagement portal allows you to run sequences for your client, add prospects and accounts.

What does White-label mean?

White labeling lets you use Outplay's engagement portal with your client logo for a customized, professional touch.

Can I switch between Agency portal and Engagement portal ?

Yes, you can switch between both the portals anytime by clicking on initials in your engagement portal and navigate to clients and select agency portal. Moreover, you can switch between your clients as well. With switching, you dont have to log out / log in again to your client portal.

Do we have separate Agency roles to manage the clients and their access ?

Yes, there are 4 different roles with View / Manage permissions.

Can we add Guest users in Outplay's Sales Agency ?

Yes, you can add guest users as well. Please note, those guest users will be specific to the client in which you want to add.

How are Active Prospects counted ?

Prospects who are touched base via Emails, Calls, SMS, LinkedIn are counted under Active Prospects in that month.

Are Active Prospects limits being reset every month ?

Yes, prospect will be considered as active only if he/she is reached out in that month.

Can I increase my Active Prospects Limits ?

Users can purchase add-on to increase the active prospect limits. Please note, add-on is applicable from growth plans only.

How many prospects can I upload ?

Depending on the plan type you have opted, you can have 4x of the active prospects limits.

Are Total Storage and Active Prospects limits same ?

No both are different to each other. Total storage is 4x of active prospects limits.

Can we restore the prospects which are deleted ?

No, restoring the prospects is not possible.

Where can I check the limits ?

You can view the limits in your agency login.

What happens if I exceed my limits ?

Once your limits are reached, you can upgrade the limits by opting to higher plan or upgrading to add-ons. Alternatively you can delete the prospects to restore your limits.

How many email accounts will I get ?

Email accounts are limited to fair usage policy. Please connect with customer success team to understand more details.
