Your sequences use schedules to ensure automatic emails are sent during your or your prospect's business hours, to seem more natural. You can create several schedules to use with different sequences in the Schedules screen.

Note: You must be an Admin to create and edit sequence schedules.

  1. Click the user menu, and click Settings.
  2. Click Schedules.

Add a schedule

To create a new schedule:

  1. Click Add Schedule.
  2. Type a descriptive Name for the schedule.
  3. Select the Time Zone the schedule should operate in when not using the prospect's time zone.
  4. If you want to send emails in the prospect's time zone (for prospects you have designated a time zone for), select Use prospect Time Zone when available.
  5. Click the plus next to each day you want to run the sequence.
  6. Select the time the schedule should start and end for that day.
  7. Click the tick button.
  8. When you have added a schedule for all the days you want, click Save.

Edit a schedule

To edit an existing schedule:

  1. Click the options icon next to the schedule.
  2. Click Edit.

Duplicate a schedule

To duplicate a schedule:

  1. Click the options icon next to the schedule.
  2. Click Duplicate.

Delete a schedule

To delete a schedule:

  1. Click the options icon next to the schedule.
  2. Click Delete.
