Add a fallback number in the Dialer screen. Outplay will automatically redirect calls to this number if you or your team members are away and your forwarding number isn't available. This might be an on-call number, or your company front-desk number.

Note: You must be an Admin to add a fallback number.

  1. Click the user menu, and click Settings.
  2. Click Dialer.

To add a fallback number:

  1. Scroll down to Fallback Number.
  2. Select the country of your fallback number.
  3. Type the phone number in the field.
  4. Click the tick button.
