Whether you're using templates or writing an email from scratch, personalizing your emails is essential for engaging them successfully.
You can use variables as placeholders for:
- Your prospect's information, including custom fields.
- The prospect's account information, including custom fields.
- Your own details.
- Have conditional variables
When you send the email, Outplay automatically replaces them with your prospect's profile information.
You can use variables in email templates and in emails you're writing yourself.
- In the email composer, put your cursor where you want to add a variable.
- Click the {{}} variables button at the bottom.
- If you want to add a variable for the account information or yourself, click Account or Sender.
- Click the variable you want to add.
