An email template is a preset email you create, usually using variables to personalize it to the recipient. In Outplay, you can use email templates to:

  • Send automatic emails to your prospects as part of a sequence.
  • Track your success metrics of certain emails to improve them, including opens, clicks and replies.
  • Speed up your email tasks for manual emails you send often to prospects.

In Outplay, you have team templates that are shared between all members of your team, and your own personal templates. Any member of your team can create a personal template, but only admins can create team templates, or edit a template that's been created by another team member.

Templates are created in the Templates screen.
