Within Outplay, Now administrators can throttle the emails sent by a user and to a domain within Organization Settings. This setting is now available at the user and admin levels.

Navigate to Org Settings and under safety settings, the logged-in user will find the option to make the changes.

FAQ’s

  1. These settings enabled at the company level will be given precedence, if not enabled the safety settings at the user level.

  2. If the customer has enabled the form at the user level then the system will give preference to user-level settings first.

  3. Please note for the below option, the number added by the users should not go beyond the company level settings

After launching this feature, the system will give precedence to user setting but if the admin sets the number in org settings then the system will overwrite that number in all the users.
