How to enable/disable or delete a trigger

Prevent Unwanted Actions in Your Sales Campaigns

Outplay's triggers allow you to automate tasks in your campaigns, but sometimes you might need to enable/ disable or delete a trigger as required. In this article, we'll show you how to enable/ disable or delete triggers in just a few simple steps. Let's get started!

Here’s how you can enable/disable or delete a trigger on Outplay: 

  • Login to Outplay. In the Engagement section, navigate to ProfileSettings.

  • Click Triggers from the sidebar menu.

  • Here, you can view all the existing triggers in your account. You can Search or Filter triggers as required.

  • Navigate to the trigger you want to deactivate/ delete. 
    • To enable/disable a trigger, configure the Activity toggle for the trigger.

    • To delete a trigger, click the More Options button and select the Delete option

Deleting a Trigger

The trigger is enabled/ disabled/ deleted successfully.
