How to enable/disable or delete a trigger
Prevent Unwanted Actions in Your Sales Campaigns
Outplay's triggers allow you to automate tasks in your campaigns, but sometimes you might need to enable/ disable or delete a trigger as required. In this article, we'll show you how to enable/ disable or delete triggers in just a few simple steps. Let's get started!
Here’s how you can enable/disable or delete a trigger on Outplay:
- Login to Outplay. In the Engagement section, navigate to Profile → Settings.
- Click Triggers from the sidebar menu.
- Here, you can view all the existing triggers in your account. You can Search or Filter triggers as required.
- Navigate to the trigger you want to deactivate/ delete.
- To enable/disable a trigger, configure the Activity toggle for the trigger.

- To delete a trigger, click the More Options button and select the Delete option.
The trigger is enabled/ disabled/ deleted successfully.
