How to enable/disable or delete a trigger

Outplay's triggers allow you to automate tasks in your campaigns, but sometimes you might need to enable/ disable or delete a trigger as required. In this article, we'll show you how to enable/ disable or delete triggers in just a few simple steps. Let's get started!

Here’s how you can enable/disable or delete a trigger on Outplay: 

Login to Outplay. In the Engagement section, navigate to ProfileSettings.



Click Triggers from the sidebar menu.



Here, you can view all the existing triggers in your account. You can Search or Filter triggers as required.



Navigate to the trigger you want to deactivate/ delete.
To enable/disable a trigger, configure the Activity toggle for the trigger.



To delete a trigger, click the More Options button and select the Delete option



The trigger is enabled/ disabled/ deleted successfully.
