Creating & Managing Agents in SDR Agent
Overview Agents are the heart of the SDR Agent feature. You can create multiple AI-powered agents (Autopilot or Copilot mode) and assign them to outreach sequences based on ICPs.
Accessing Agents Tab
- Navigate to the SDR Agent tab.
- Click on the Agents sub-tab.
Default Agent
- The user setting up the SDR Agent is added as the default agent.
Creating a New Agent
- Click Create New Agent.
- Fill in the Agent Profile:
- First Name & Last Name
- Title
- LinkedIn Profile URL
- Email ID & Password
- Choose Autopilot (fully automated) or Copilot (review before sending)
- Emailbox:
- Connect the email box for sending emails
- Calendar:
- Connect a calendar (Google/Outlook)
- Set a meeting link text
- Signature:
- Add one or more email signatures
Agent Activities
- View agent activity via the ellipsis menu
- Filter by event type: Emails, Meetings, SMS, Sequences

- Track performance by individual agent
