Inbox, Outbox & Mailbox Settings in SDR Agent
Overview SDR Agent features a built-in mailbox to manage your communications. It includes inbox and outbox views, similar to the Engagement module in Outplay.
Accessing the Mailbox
Go to the SDR Agent tab.
Click on Mailbox to switch between Inbox and Outbox.
Inbox View
Shows all incoming emails from prospects
Grouped by agents who initiated the outreach
Allows filtering by date, sender, and subject
Outbox View
Displays all emails scheduled, sent, or failed
Shows delivery status and timestamps
Track agent-specific activity
Mailbox Settings
Located under Settings > Mailbox Level
Configure safety and organizational settings:
Email sending limits
Timezone-specific delivery
Email warm-up (if enabled)
Pro Tips
Regularly review Outbox for failed messages
Use filters to prioritize high-value conversations
Keep mailbox synced with your connected email account
