Managing Sequences in SDR Agent
Overview Sequences are automated outreach campaigns that include multiple steps such as emails, SMS, and LinkedIn messages. In SDR Agent, sequences are AI-generated based on personas and can be tracked in real-time.
Accessing Sequences Tab
Navigate to the SDR Agent tab.
Click on the Sequences sub-tab.
Sequence List View Shows:
Sequence Name
Total Active Leads
Leads Due for Steps
Finished Leads
Emails Delivered / Opened / Clicked / Replied
Mapped ICP
Assigned Agents
Created By & Date
Status (Active, Inactive)
Supported Sequence Steps
Email
SMS
LinkedIn Message
Note: Calls are not supported in SDR Agent sequences.
Creating or Editing Sequences
AI auto-generates sequences based on personas.
Users can edit step content and timing.
Minimum of 1 persona-based sequence is required.
Filters Available
Created Date (Today, Last 7 Days, Custom)
ICP Name / Type (Contains or Does Not Contain)
Sequences Assigned (Contains or Does Not Contain)
Agents Assigned (Name or Email)
Best Practices
Assign sequences based on ICP-persona fit.
Keep sequences short and high-impact.
Monitor performance metrics to iterate.
