Managing Sequences in SDR Agent

Overview Sequences are automated outreach campaigns that include multiple steps such as emails, SMS, and LinkedIn messages. In SDR Agent, sequences are AI-generated based on personas and can be tracked in real-time.


Accessing Sequences Tab


  1. Navigate to the SDR Agent tab.
  2. Click on the Sequences sub-tab.


Sequence List View Shows:


  • Sequence Name
  • Total Active Leads
  • Leads Due for Steps
  • Finished Leads
  • Emails Delivered / Opened / Clicked / Replied
  • Mapped ICP
  • Assigned Agents
  • Created By & Date
  • Status (Active, Inactive)


Supported Sequence Steps


  • Email
  • SMS
  • LinkedIn Message


Note: Calls are not supported in SDR Agent sequences.



Creating or Editing Sequences


  • AI auto-generates sequences based on personas.
  • Users can edit step content and timing.
  • Minimum of 1 persona-based sequence is required.


Filters Available


  • Created Date (Today, Last 7 Days, Custom)
  • ICP Name / Type (Contains or Does Not Contain)
  • Sequences Assigned (Contains or Does Not Contain)
  • Agents Assigned (Name or Email)


Best Practices


  • Assign sequences based on ICP-persona fit.
  • Keep sequences short and high-impact.
  • Monitor performance metrics to iterate.
