Reviewing Sequences & Emails in Copilot Mode
Overview In Copilot mode, SDR Agents require user approval before sending out emails or launching sequences. The Pending Review tab centralizes all drafts that need attention.
Accessing Pending Reviews
Go to the SDR Agent tab.
Click on the Pending Review section.
Tabs in Pending Review
Emails
View all emails waiting for approval.
Columns include: Lead Name, Company, Sequence, Agent, Step Due Date.
Click on a row to preview and approve or edit the email.
Sequences
View sequences created by agents in Copilot mode.
Click on any sequence to review step-by-step flow.
Toggle ON to activate after review.
Why Copilot Mode is Useful
Adds a layer of quality control.
Ideal for new agents or sensitive campaigns.
Maintains human oversight while scaling outreach.
Tips for Reviewing
Edit tone and personalization where needed.
Double-check links, value propositions, and grammar.
