Settings & Configuration in SDR Agent

Overview SDR Agent settings allow you to fine-tune how agents, sequences, mailboxes, and ICPs behave. Most configurations mirror the Engagement module, making it familiar and easy to use.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to the SDR Agent tab.

Click on Settings (top right corner or gear icon).

Key Settings Available

Stages: Define deal or sequence stages.

Triggers: Automate actions based on lead behavior.

Schedules: Set sending windows by timezone or day.

Sequence Rulesets: Control email frequency, delays, and pauses.

Org Settings: Manage global SDR Agent defaults.

Integrations & API: Connect CRMs, tools, and pull data.

Field Configuration: Customize data fields for leads, accounts, and sequences.

Mailbox Safety Settings:


Daily sending limits
Spam protection measures
Auto-sync and fallback behavior


Tips for Setup

Define sequences before assigning agents.

Use rulesets to avoid spamming or timezone conflicts.

Configure fallback email IDs in case of delivery failures.
