Add any report to a custom dashboard and monitor real-time data
Custom dashboards on Outplay allows you to view your team's performance in a personalized and organized way. You can easily add reports from any section, including graphic reports, to an existing dashboard or create a new one. It enables you to have all the important information and insights in one place, giving you a clear overview of your team's progress and performance.
Here’s how you can add a report of your choice to a custom dashboard on Outplay:
- Log into Outplay. In the Engagement section, click the More Options button on the sidebar menu and select the Reports option.
- Click Go to New Reports.
- The process to add a report to a custom dashboard is the same for every report. Therefore, for this example, let’s add the Leaderboard in the Engagements report to a dashboard. To begin, click the Engagements tab.
- In the Leaderboard section, click the More Options button. Here, you have two options. You can choose to add the Leaderboard to a new dashboard or to an existing one.
- To add the Leaderboard to a new dashboard:
- Click the Add to New Dashboard option.
- The Add to New Dashboard window pops up. Here, you can complete the fields for creating a new dashboard:
- Dashboard Name: Enter a name to identify the new dashboard.
- Report Name: Enter a name for the report you want to add to the new dashboard.
- Privacy: You can restrict access to the dashboard by choosing Everyone or Only Me.
- Click Save.
- To add the Leaderboard to an existing dashboard:
- Click the Add to Existing Dashboard option.
- The Add to Existing Dashboard window pops up. Here, you can complete the following fields:
- Report Name: Enter a name for the report you want to add to the new dashboard.
- Choose Custom Dashboard: Search and select the custom dashboard to which you want to add the report.
- Click Save.
The report is added to the custom dashboard successfully.
TIP: Graphic reports can also be added to dashboards. You can click the More Options button for a graphic report and choose an option of your choice.
