Country naming standards while uploading prospects.

Standard Nomenclature for prospect Import

There are certain standards to follow while importing a CSV file and following the Country naming convention standard is one among them. Mapping the country field not only helps you in knowing your prospect's country but also helps in picking up the Timezone automatically. Yes, In Outplay, there are many ways to pick your prospect's Timezone automatically, and picking the Timezone from your prospect's Country is one of the easiest ways.

"Can I have Acronym in my Country field?" - No!

"How do I edit the country field in my file?" - Open the file in your Excel >> Select the country column >> Click on 'Find and Select' >> Replace >> Conditions.

Before uploading a CSV file, please make sure to have the full name of the Countries for Timezones and map only the most important/ required fields for the fast-import process. Here is the list of country names to pick.
