Managing Roles and Permissions for Email Validation on Outplay

Email validation is a crucial step in a sales process. To ensure that the right users have access to validate emails, Outplay allows you to manage access for email validation through the Roles and Permissions section. 

In this article, you will learn how you can grant access to validate emails for specific roles in your Outplay account. This ensures that only authorized users can validate emails and maintain the accuracy of your lead data and email validation credits.

Here’s how you can grant access to email validation for a specific role: 

Log into Outplay. Under the Engagement section, go to ProfileSettings.

Click Roles and Permissions from the sidebar menu.

Navigate to the role to which you want to offer email validation access, click the More Options button for the role, and select the Edit option.

In the Prospects section, select the checkbox for Validate Prospect Emails. Click Update.

The role is offered email validation access successfully.
