How to add Carbon Copy (CC) to your reply emails?

If you would like to keep people in the loop in a transparent way, use the "Cc" field. Outplay now allows you to add "Cc" to your reply email. You can add any number of emails to your "Cc".



When you click on "Reply", a dialog box will open and the "Cc" field will allow you to add any number of email addresses.

General Questions:

1) Will I be able to add "Cc" in my manual email task? - Yes

2) Will I be able to add "Cc" in my automated email step? - No

3) Will I be able to add "Cc" to my One-Off Email? - Yes

4) Will I be able to see and download attachments in Outplay's email editor? - No

5) Is there any limitation to add "Cc" in my reply email? - No
