Finish prospects in an account based on the Account Stage using Triggers

If your focus is on managing accounts, the following actions will help you automate the process. Consider this scenario: you've been engaging with an account only to discover it does not meet the qualification criteria. In such instances, it's advisable to Finish all prospects associated within the account, especially if the account stage has been changed/updated as Disqualified.

Based on the Account Stage we can easily set up a trigger.

To initiate this process,

1. Navigate to your Settings and access the Triggers section. 
2. Next, select "Create a Trigger" and specify the following details:
3. Trigger Type: "When prospect is updated"
4. Criteria: "Account stage is Equal to Disqualified"
5. Action: "Finish prospects from All sequences"

This configuration will automatically Finish all active prospects associated with an account once it is designated as "Disqualified."
