How to purchase email validation credits on Outplay

Verify your prospects’ email addresses with credits

Email validation is an essential step in ensuring the success of your outreach efforts. Outplay makes it easy to validate the email addresses of your prospects, but first, you need to purchase validation credits. 

NOTE: The price of 1 email validation credit is $0.0038. 

Here’s how you can purchase email validation credits on Outplay: 

• Log into Outplay. 

• Under the Engagement section, go to Profile → Settings.

• Click Billing from the sidebar menu. 

• Under the Subscription tab, navigate to the Email Validation Credits tab. 

• Here, you can view the number of email validation credits available. Click the Add Credits button.

• Select the number of email validation credits you require from the dropdown list. You can select options ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 credits. 

• Click Pay to Proceed. 

• On the Payment page, you can view the final summary of your purchase to your left. 

• Under Payment Details, you can select an existing card of your choice or click the Add New Card button to add a new payment details. Enter your credit card information and click Pay. 

After the transaction is completed successfully, the email validation credits are added to your account. 

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email confirmation for the same. 

TIP: You can download your invoice for the transaction from Profile → Settings → Billing → Invoices.
