How to track clicks & opens for Alias emails in Outplay

In this article, we will discuss how to track clicks & opens for emails sent through your alias mail addresses.

Outplay users can utilize the Alias feature to add up to 4 email aliases and schedule emails through them.

By default, Outplay will track the open and clicks registered in your emails by the prospects in Outplay, but if the users want to utilize an email alias, there is another step that needs to be completed. 

Please sign in to your alias email settings and follow the steps below - 

• Login to your alias mailbox and navigate to settings.
• Find your Forwarding - POP/IMAP settings.
• Enable Forwarding email and enter your Default email address in Outplay.
• Proceed to confirm and save the changes.

Now all your mail communication will be forwarded to the Default email address registered in Outplay and the link click and open clicks will be tracked accordingly.
