Log a call

Log a call manually to keep track of calls made outside of Outplay.

If you make a call to a prospect outside of Outplay, for example from your office landline or cell phone, you should log the call to keep a record of it for your team.

You can log a call you've made from the prospect's Profile screen.

  1. From the Prospects screen, click the prospect you want to log a call for.

  2. Click the options icon in the detail panel.

  3. Click Log call.
