Manage your subscription and billing information



On Outplay, you can add or remove users as you require. Also, keep your billing details updated in order to avoid interrupting your Outplay subscription.

View your subscription plan



On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.



Navigate to the Company section and click Billing.



In the Subscription section, you can find your subscription plan, the number of licenses you have, the per-user charge, and the total charges.



Add or remove users



On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.

Navigate to the Company section and click Billing.



In the Subscription section, click Change Plan.



You can enter the number of users you want for your Outplay account and review the total charges for the selected number of users for a month.






Click Update Subscription.

Your Outplay subscription is updated.

Update your billing information



On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.



Navigate to the Company section and click Billing.



Click the Credit Card tab.



Click the Add Card button.



You can enter your credit card information. Enable the Set as Default toggle if you want the credit card to be used for future payments and charges.



Click Save.

Your billing information is updated on Outplay.

Manage your invoices



On Outplay, go to ProfileSettings.



Navigate to the Company section and click Billing.



Click the Invoices tab.



You can find all your invoices listed on this page.



Click the Download Invoices button to download an invoice.
