Configure your notification settings

Receive instant notifications for prospect activities.

Receive instant notifications on several prospect activities such as email responses, inbound calls, and text messages. Moreover, you have the option to be notified via email and choose the activities for which you want to receive notifications. 

View your notifications

  • On Outplay, click the Notifications button on the top panel.

  • In the drop-down window, you can view all your Outplay notifications.

  • Click the Emails, Calls, Text/ SMS or Others tab to view your notifications by type of activity.

  • Click Mark Read to mark all your notifications as read.

  • Click on Settings to configure email notifications for specific activities.

  • On Outplay, click the Notifications button on the top panel.

  • In the drop-down window, click Settings

  • The Notification Configure section is displayed.

  • In this section, you can select the activities for which you want to receive an email notification.
