Outplay Connect Chrome Extension for Gmail

Enhance your Gmail and complete tasks effortlessly.

With Outplay Connect, your Gmail will have features that are exclusive to Outplay. Create meeting links, access email templates on Outplay, track clicks and views, and much more. Moreover, you can add prospects on Outplay and execute your daily tasks with a few clicks.     

Add a prospect from Gmail

In just a few clicks, add a prospect to your Outplay account from Gmail. 

• Click the Outplay Connect button on the Gmail panel. 

• The Outplay Connect panel slides in from the right.

• Select a prospect email of your choice. 
• Click Add Prospect on the Outplay Connect panel.
  
  

• Complete the required fields for the prospect you want to add. 

• Click Create. 

The prospect is created on Outplay.

TIP: Click a prospect’s email address on Gmail to add the prospect to Outplay. Ensure the Outplay Connect panel is visible before doing so. 

Do more than just add a prospect from Gmail

Through Outplay Connect, you can access several Outplay features on Gmail. 

NOTE: Ensure to have logged into your Outplay Account on the same browser.

First, enable Outplay Mode. This allows Outplay Connect to create new prospects on Outplay, record prospect activities, sync prospect replies, track opens and clicks, and gives you access to Outplay right from Gmail.

On the Compose Email Box, you can:

• Track Clicks and Views
• Create Meeting Links
• Access all your email templates on Outplay
• Set Follow-up for your prospect emails.
• 
• Click Set Followup below the Subject line.
• You will have two options:
• Create Task: You can enter the priority and description of the follow-up task.
  
  
  

• Add to Sequence: You can add the prospect to a specific sequence and assign an opportunity. 
• You can choose to schedule the task as per the prospect’s response as well. Choose If No Reply or Always as required. 
  
  

• You can set a specific time and date for the follow-up. You can also select a preset time period.
• Click Set Followup.

Breeze through your tasks 

With Outplay Connect, you can complete all your tasks with ease from Gmail.

Complete Email Tasks

• Click the Outplay Connect widget on Gmail to access the Outplay Connect panel.

• On the panel, scroll through Task Type and click Emails. Your email tasks will be listed below. 

• Click Start Tasks. 

• The Outplay Connect panel will display the Compose Email section where the prospect’s details will be auto-populated. 

• Once you have composed the email, click Send & Complete. 

Complete Call Tasks

• Click the Outplay Connect widget on Gmail to access the Outplay Connect panel.

• On the panel, scroll through Task Type and click Calls. Your call tasks will be listed below. 

• Click Start Tasks. 

• The Outplay Dialer will pop up next to the Outplay Connect panel. 

• You can complete the call, add notes and choose the Outcome of the prospect interaction. 
• Click Log & Complete. 

NOTE: For all other task types, such as Twitter or WhatsApp, you will be redirected to the respective platforms to execute the task.
