SMS - Filters

This article helps users understand SMS filters better.

SMS feature in Outplay not only schedules SMS to attend but also allows you to narrow down the SMS based on Sender, Sequence, Sequence steps, Message Status, a Message state, Message date, and including Message direction.

Sender: The sender is basically the owner who schedules the SMS to the prospects. (auto/manual). You can filter out SMS based on ownership.

Sequence: You can filter out SMS based on the Sequence name and the particular step number of the sequence.

Message Status: FIlter out SMS based on their present message status. You can filter out based on Draft, Scheduled, In-progress, Sent, Failed, and Received.

Message State: FIlter out SMS based on their present message state. You can filter out based on Pending, Accepted, Queued, Sending, Sent, Failed, Delivered, Undelivered, Receiving, and Received.

Message Direction: Filter out SMS based on the SMS direction. There are two directions available.

Inbound direction.
Outbound direction.

Message date: Filter out SMS based on the date. There are three options available to filter out SMS.
