Learn to read & act with Outplay stats to track key metrics and boost sales

On Outplay, you can view the performance and effectiveness of your outreach strategies through data-rich statistics. It gives you insight into how your prospects are responding to your efforts. Statistics on Outplay offers you access to data metrics that can be monitored in real-time - never letting you lose sight of your sales goals.

Team Overview Statistics

On Outplay, you can generate a team overview report for your team. This gives you a glimpse into how they are doing when it comes to achieving their sales goals as a team. To access reports, under the Engagement section, click the More Options button on the sidebar menu and select Reports



The displayed data points are calculated as per the following table:

Touches / Meetings

Displays the total number of prospect interactions it took to book a meeting.


Formula


Touches / Meetings = Total number of prospect interactions it took to book the first meeting / Total number of meetings booked

Meetings Booked

Displays the number of meetings booked in the selected time period (excludes cancelled meetings).

Avg Days / Meetings

Displays the average number of days it took to book a meeting.

Prospects Contacted

Displays the number of unique prospects contacted in the selected time period. 

Touches / Prospects

Displays the average number of interactions it took per prospect to book a meeting. 


Formula


Touches / Prospects = Total number of interactions for all events / Total number of unique prospects


NOTE: This does not include prospects without any interactions.

Replies

Displays the number of email responses received in the selected time period.

NOTE: Replies are identified according to the Delivered Date. 

Bounced

Displays the number of emails that were not delivered in the selected time period. 

Clicks

Displays the number of emails in which prospects had clicked a link or image.

Engagement Statistics

On Outplay, you can generate reports for all types of engagement activities initiated by users and teams. Keep track of your team’s email metrics, generate individual user engagement reports, and much more. 

Leaderboard Statistics 

The Leaderboard displays a list of your top performers and different metrics that measure the engagement performance of users.

Calls Logged 

Number of calls logged and completed in the selected time period.


NOTE: All logged calls (including calls that were marked as Logged and Completed without dialing) are counted. 

Completed Tasks

Overdue Tasks 

Number of tasks which are overdue in the selected time period.

Opportunities Won 

Number of opportunities won in the selected time period.

Bounced 

Number of emails that were not delivered to prospects in the selected time period.

Emails Delivered 

Number of emails that were delivered to prospects in the selected time period.


Formula


Emails Delivered = Total number of emails sent - Total number of bounced emails

Emails Opened 

Number of emails that were opened by prospects in the selected time period.

Emails Opened = Total number of email opens / Total number of delivered emails.

Emails Replied 

Number of email responses received for the sequence emails in the selected time period.

Emails Replied = Total number of email replies received / Total number of emails delivered.

Sent

Number of emails that were sent to prospects in the selected time period.

Sent = Total number of delivered emails + Total number of bounced emails

Interested 

Number of calls with call outcomes that are mapped to a positive response in the selected time period.

% Interested 

The ratio between the number of calls with a positive outcome to the total number of calls in the selected time period.

Meetings Booked 

Number of meetings booked in the selected time period.

Skipped Tasks 

Number of tasks which were skipped in the selected time period.

Number of email replies with objections associated with budget constraints. 

Objection Authority

Number of prospects who responded with referrals, providing contact information for decision-makers or prospects in other organizations.

Objection Others 

Number of email replies with any uncategorized objections (Neutral responses, customer support questions, unsupported languages, etc.). 

Objection Competitor

Number of prospects who objected due to already having a relationship with a competitor.

Objection Positive

Number of prospects who responded positively or showed interest in the product/service being offered.

Interested 

Number of calls with a positive outcome. 

Voicemail Dropped 

Number of voicemails dropped in the selected time period. 

Calls Not Logged

Avg Duration 

The average duration of a call during the selected time period. 


Formula


Avg Duration = Total time duration of all the calls / Total number of calls

Total Duration 

The total duration of calls during the selected time period.

% Answered

The percentage of total calls made that were answered by the prospects.

Avg Calls Logged Per Day

The average number of calls logged per day by the team.
