Only pay for what you use!
On Outplay, you can make changes to your subscription plan anytime without any extra charges. How, you ask?
Simple - any adjustments made to your subscription are billed on a pro-rata basis. It means that you will only be paying for what you use, and nothing more. This is applicable for plan changes and add-ons.

When modifying Subscription Plans:
Scenario 1: When upgrading your Outplay subscription plan
When you choose to upgrade your Outplay subscription plan:
- You will be billed as per the new plan from the date of upgrading the plan to the end of your current billing cycle. Upgrades to your subscription will be invoiced right away.
- After the payment process is complete, your subscription plan will be upgraded instantly.
- Your subscription renewal date will remain unchanged.
NOTE: When applying a change to your subscription plan, you will only be charged for the difference in amount, and not the full subscription total.
Example for Scenario 1:
You are on a monthly subscription plan (a month ranging from the 1st to the 30th). You decide to upgrade your subscription plan on the 15th of the month.
In such an instance, you will be charged as per the new plan from the 15th till the 30th. You will only have to pay for the difference in amount between the two plans. Additionally, your subscription renewal date will remain the same. Once the payment process is completed, your subscription plan will be upgraded instantly. At the beginning of the new billing cycle, you will be billed as per the new plan.
When modifying Add-On Services
Billing on a pro-rata basis is applicable for add-ons such as User Seats, Observer Seats, Mailboxes, and Meeting Scheduler.

Scenario 2: When adding a User Seat to your Outplay subscription plan
When you choose to add a User Seat to your Outplay subscription plan:
- You will be billed for the additional seat from the date of making the change to the end of your current billing cycle.
- After the payment process is completed, your subscription plan will be updated and the user seat is added instantly.
- Your subscription renewal date will remain unchanged.
Example for Scenario 2:
You are on a monthly subscription plan (a month ranging from the 1st to the 30th). You decide to add a User Seat to your subscription plan on the 15th of the month.
In such an instance, you will be billed for the additional seat from the 15th till the 30th of the month. Once the payment process is completed, your subscription plan is updated with the new user seat instantly. At the beginning of the next billing cycle, you will be billed with the updated number of User Seats for your subscription plan.
