How to use Filters & Views to find data easily on Outplay

Find prospects & accounts with specific attributes swiftly

You can filter the prospects list to quickly find specific prospects. For example, you can filter the list of prospects to find:

Prospects created by specific members of your team.
Prospects with specific tags.
Prospects in specific sequences.
Prospects for specific accounts.
Prospects with exact or partial matches for fields, including custom fields.

If there is a filter you use regularly, you can save it as a View to make the same easily accessible rather than applying filters every time.

Filter your Prospects List

On Outplay, click Prospects from the sidebar menu.
On the Prospects page, click the Filters & Views tab.

Under Filter, you can select a specific attribute by which you want to filter the list. For example, you can select the Owner filter and select a team member’s name. The prospect list will filter and display prospects owned by that specific team member.
