If you don't have Outplay open when a prospect calls your assigned number, Outplay can send the call to your forwarding number.
Prospects might call your Outplay assigned number when you don't have Outplay open. You can still accept these calls by setting up a forwarding number. Outplay will automatically forward calls to this number when you're away from the platform.
Forwarding numbers are added in the Calls screen.
Click the user menu, and click Settings.
To add a forwarding number:
Under Forwarding Number, select your country.
Type the number of the phone you want to accept calls with.
Your phone number must be a direct line, such as a landline or cell phone. Numbers with extensions are not supported.
