In this article, we will discuss how to map Job from Crelate with Outplay Sequence
Once the integration is connected, Outplay will fetch the jobs as and when those are modified or created new.
- Once the integration is set up, jobs that were created in the past 30 days will be automatically synced onto Outplay.

If you wish to sync jobs that were created before 30 days you will have to edit them and they will be synced.
Sequence Settings
- Navigate to Sequences and open the sequence in which you want to map the crelate job.
- Go to settings tab of the respective sequence.
- Scroll down and under the Crelate section, select the job to tag the same.
- Scroll down and under the Crelate section, select the job to tag the same.
- Once the job is selected, the inbound and outbound sections will appear.
Inbound Section
| Add Contact to sequence when Job Contact Stage is | With this option, all the contacts from the selected Job will be added to the sequence if their recruiting stage matches the selected field in this drop-down. |
| Finish the sequence if the Contact Job stage changes to any of the following |
With this option, if contacts reply outside Outplay or show no interest, this option finishes the sequence for them.

| Pause the sequence in Outplay if the Job stage is any of the following in Crelate |
With this option, pause the sequence when the job is Closed in Crelate

Outbound Section
| On bounce changes the Contact Job Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the recruiting stage of the contact to the selected option, whenever that contact is bounced in Outplay |
| On reply changes the Contact Job Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the recruiting stage of the contact to the selected option, whenever that contact has replied in Outplay |
| On sequence finished change the Contact Job Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the recruiting stage of the contact to the selected one, whenever that contact's respective sequence steps are finished in Outplay |
| If the prospect is opted out in Outplay, then update the Job Contact Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the recruiting stage of the contact to the selected one, whenever that contact has opted out from Outplay |
