Assign Conversation Intelligence License to Team Members on Outplay
Let your team members boost their sales process with Conversation Intelligence
Conversation Intelligence (CI) is a powerful tool that helps sales teams to gain insights from recorded calls and improve their sales process. Outplay allows you to assign CI licenses to each team member/user in your account easily. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to assign CI licenses to existing users in your account.
NOTE: Ensure that you have purchased sufficient Conversation Intelligence licenses to assign further.
Here’s how you can assign CI Licenses to Existing Users:
Log in to Outplay and click on the Intelligence tab.

Navigate to Profile and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Click on Users & Teams from the sidebar menu.

Here, you can view all the team members/ users associated with your account. Navigate to the team member of your choice, click the More Options button, and select the Update Role/Licenses option.

Navigate to the Select License section and select the checkbox for Intelligence.

Click Save.
You have assigned a Conversation Intelligence license to a user/team member successfully.
NOTE: Ensure the role of the user/team member has been granted permissions to use Conversation Intelligence. You can read more about it by clicking here.
