Attachments Feature in Outplay

Outplay now supports an Attachments feature, allowing users to upload and manage attachments under Prospects, Accounts, and Opportunities. Additionally, users can view attachments sent to Prospects via the Outbox Sent tab or the Prospect Emails tab.

Easily upload and store relevant documents under Prospects, Accounts, and Opportunities.

View attachments sent to Prospects from the Outbox Sent tab or Prospect Emails tab.

How to Upload Attachments



Step 1: Navigate to the Relevant Section



Go to Prospects, Accounts, or Opportunities in Outplay.

Select the specific record where you want to upload an attachment.

Step 2: Upload an Attachment



Click on the Attachments section.

Select Upload Attachment and choose the file from your system.

Click Save to store the attachment.

Step 3: View Sent Attachments



Navigate to the Outbox Sent tab or the Prospect Emails tab.

Locate the email containing the attachment.

Click on the email to view the attached file.

However, this feature is not supported in the Sequence Email Task Step Creation process. However, this feature is not supported in the Sequence Email Task Step Creation process. ||

Important Notes



Attachments can be uploaded under Prospects, Accounts, and Opportunities.

Users can track sent attachments via the Outbox Sent tab and Prospect Emails tab.

This feature is not available when creating an email task step in a sequence.

With the Attachments feature, Outplay enhances file management and document tracking, ensuring seamless organization and accessibility for users.
