Configure email validation settings on Outplay
Automate Email Validation Process for Optimal Lead Management
In Outplay, you have the option to configure your email validation settings to best fit your lead management process. By automating email validation, you can ensure that all prospects added to your Outplay account have their email addresses validated. Additionally, you can even choose to exclude prospects with specific email validation statuses from your sequences.
Here’s how you can configure email validation settings on Outplay:
Log into Outplay. Under the Engagement section, go to Profile → Settings.
Click Org Settings from the sidebar menu.
Under the General Settings tab, navigate to the Email Validation section and click Email Validation Settings.
The Email Validation Settings window pops up. Here, you can enable or disable the following settings:
Automatically validate emails when prospects are created or updated.
Do not add the prospects sequences if their email validation status is Invalid, Not Valid, Accept All, Disposable, or Unknown. You can select the checkboxes for the email validation statuses you want to avoid.
Click Save.
Email validation settings are configured successfully.
NOTE: Only the primary email address of a prospect will undergo validation if they have multiple email addresses.
NOTE: You have to purchase email validation credits to access Email Validation Settings.
