Crelate's Job mapping with Sequence

In this article, we will discuss how to map Job from Crelate with Outplay Sequence

Once the integration is connected, Outplay will fetch the jobs as and when those are modified or created new.

Once the integration is set up, jobs that were created in the past 30 days will be automatically synced onto Outplay.

If you wish to sync jobs that were created before 30 days you will have to edit them and they will be synced.

Sequence Settings

Navigate to Sequences and open the sequence in which you want to map the crelate job.
Go to settings tab of the respective sequence.
Scroll down and under the Crelate section, select the job to tag the same.

Once the job is selected,  the inbound and outbound sections will appear.

Inbound Section

Finish the sequence if the Contact Job stage changes to any of the following – If the contact job stage in crelate matches any of the mentioned stages in this option then Outplay will finish the sequence for those prospects.

Pause the sequence in Outplay if the Job stage is any of the following in Crelate. In this setting, whatever stages the user selects and if any of the stages matches withe the stage mapped in Crelate for that job that Outplay will pause the sequence and all the prospects of that sequence.

Outbound Section

The outbound section will have 4 settings to be mapped as mentioned below

On bounce, change the contact Job stage
On reply, change the contact Job stage
When a sequence is finished, change the Contact Job Stage to
If the prospect is Opted out in Outplay, then update the Contact Job stage to
