Export Notes in Outplay

Overview

Outplay now allows users to export notes effortlessly. With the new Export Notes option under the Create Prospect/Account/Opportunity dropdown, users can export all their notes into a CSV file for easy access and record-keeping.

Steps to Export Notes

Follow these steps to export notes in Outplay:

Access the Create Prospect Dropdown

Navigate to the prospect module.
Click on the Create Prospect dropdown menu.

Select Export Notes

From the dropdown list, click on Export Notes.
The system will compile all available notes into a CSV file.

Download the CSV File

Once the export process is completed, the CSV file will be available for download.
Click on the download link to save the file to your device.

Additional Notes

The exported CSV file will contain all notes, including timestamps and associated prospect details.

Ensure you have the necessary permissions to export notes in your account settings.

The exported data can be used for reporting, analysis, or backup purposes.

This feature helps streamline record-keeping and enables users to manage notes more effectively within Outplay.
