How to block emails to specific domains
Add email domains you want to avoid in the DNC
There may be several reasons to add email domains to the Do Not Contact (DNC) List. For example, by ensuring that you are not contacting individuals or organizations that have requested to be removed from your mailing list, you can ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to unsolicited marketing.
Moreover, you can save time and resources by focusing on more engaged and responsive leads. This also helps improve the customer experience and maintain a positive reputation.
And most importantly, by not sending emails to invalid or non-existent email addresses, you can reduce bounce rates and improve the overall deliverability of your email campaigns.
NOTE: Email domains can be added to the DNC by an Outplay Admin only.
Here’s how you can block emails to specific domains:
Log into Outplay. In the Engagement section, go to Profile → Settings.
On the Settings sidebar menu, navigate to the User section and click Safety Settings.
Navigate to the Do Not Contact tab.
In the Add New Domain field, enter the domain you want to avoid contacting. For example, xyz.com. Then, click the Add button.
The email domain is added to the DNC List successfully.
To add domains in bulk:
Click Bulk Add.
The Add Multiple field appears. Here, you can add a list of domains separated by a new line.
After adding the domains, click the tick button.
The domain(s) you want to avoid contacting is now added to the Do Not Contact list successfully.
