Opt-out a prospect from receiving further communications from your team.

Prospects may choose to opt-out via the link Outplay adds to your emails, but not all prospects will use the link, even if they want to opt-out. You can opt them out manually on their profile screen.

Tip: If you need to opt out of several prospects at once, you can use the prospect bulk actions.

1. In the Prospects screen, double-click the name of the prospect you want to opt-out.
   
2. Click the options button in the detail panel.
   
3. Click Opt-Out.
