Rearrange and Customize Field Order with Drag-and-Drop Functionality
Overview
Outplay now allows users to customize the order of fields in their view. With the new Rearrange Fields option, users can:
Set up the order of fields as per their preference.
Hide the fields they don’t want to see.
Drag and drop fields to rearrange them easily.
Steps to Rearrange and Customize Fields
Follow these steps to customize the field order in Outplay:
Access the Rearrange Fields Option
Navigate to the object where you want to customize field order (e.g., Prospects, Accounts, Opportunities).
Open the prospect panel.
Click on the Rearrange Fields option.
Customize Your Field Order
A popup window will appear displaying the list of available fields.
Drag and drop the fields in the desired order.
To hide a field, uncheck the checkbox next to it.
Save Your Preferences
Once satisfied with the arrangement, click Save to apply the changes.
The updated field order will now be reflected in your view.

Yes, there is typically a Reset to Default button in the popup. Click this to restore the original field order and visibility settings.

No, your field order and visibility settings are specific to your account and will not impact other users.
Q3: Can I rearrange fields on Outplay chrome extension?
The order which you will set on Outplay portal will reflect in chrome extension as well.
Q4: What happens if I hide all fields?
Outplay will not allow you to save. Minimum 1 field is required.
