How to use Activity triggers

You can do various activities in Salesforce like from Creating a Lead to Setting the Opportunity Stage based on the Action/Activity done on a Prospect in Outplay.

Like I want to create an opportunity in salesforce when a prospect books a meeting in Outplay. I can do that using the Activity Trigger.

I can set the actions based on the type of Activity I do for a Prospect in Outplay from sending an email to the prospect booking a meeting.
