Setting up Agency

This article will help you to setup your agency

Upon successful login, user will be taken to clients page. The page will look like below for the first time.




Adding a new Client

Click on Add to client
Click on Add Client button, a popup will open asking for

Client Name
Select Account Manager (dropdown field with search option, if user starts typing the name or email id, dropdown should start populating the matching results automatically). This will fetch the users list from users page.

Client website URL to fetch the logo



Click on Advanced Settings and popup will expand to show the options w.r.t cloning




Below will be the list of options populated

Sequences
Snippets
Templates
Settings with info icon. –

Settings include Org settings, safety settings, custom field types, call /meeting outcomes & dispostions, Triggers

On click of Add, the client will be created.

Repeat the process to create more clients.
