How to add tags? What are tags?

Tags help in filtering and organizing content easily. Tags can be applied to the following list views:

• Prospects
  
• Accounts
  
• Sequences
  
• CSV
  
• Templates
  
• Snippets
  

How to add Tags to Prospects?

1. Select the prospects to whom the tags are to be added/create/update.
   
2. Click the Tag icon and select Add Tags.
   
3. Select a tag from the list or input a new tag as applicable.
   
4. Click Yes.
   

NOTE: Click Remove Tags to remove any stored tags on the selected prospects.

How to add Tags to Accounts?

1. Select the accounts to whom the tags are to be added/create/update.
   
2. Click the Tag icon and select Add Tags.
   
3. Select a tag from the list or input a new tag as applicable.
   
4. Click Submit.
   

NOTE: Click Remove Tags to remove any stored tags on the selected accounts.

How to add Tags to Sequence?

1. Select the sequences to whom the tags are to be added/create/update.
   
2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the sequence.
   
3. Click on the Manage Tag icon and select Add Tags.
   
4. Select a tag from the list or input a new tag as applicable.
   
5. Click Submit.
   

NOTE: Click Remove Tags to remove any stored tags on the selected accounts.

How to add Tags in a CSV file?

1. Click the Tag option and Add Tags.
   
2. Select a tag from the list or input a new tag as applicable.
   
3. Click Continue.
   

How to add Tags to Templates and Snippets?

1. Select the Templates and Snippets to which the tags are to be added/created/updated.
   
2. Click the Tag icon and select Add Tags.
   
3. Select a tag from the list or input a new tag as applicable.
   
4. Click Submit.
