Find accounts quickly with filters and views Use filters and views to find accounts by tag, owner, stage or field.

You can filter your account list to quickly find the accounts you're looking for, filtering the list of accounts to:

• Accounts created by specific members of your team.

• Accounts with specific tags.

• Accounts in specific stages.

• Accounts with exact or partial matches for fields, including custom fields.

If there is a filter you use regularly, you can save it as a View to make things easier.

Tip: Active filters are shown above the account list. You can click the x next to any filter to remove it.

Filter your account list

1. In the Accounts screen, click Filters & Views.

2. Click the property you want to filter by.

3. Select or type the value you're looking for. You can add multiple values by separating them with a comma.

4. Click Done.

Repeat for any additional properties you want to filter by.

Create a view

1. In the Accounts screen, click Filters & Views.

2. Create the filters you want to use in your view.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click Save as View.

4. Type a name for the view in the popup.

5. Click Save.

Filter accounts with a view

1. In the Accounts screen, click Filters & Views.

2. Click Select View.

3. Click the view you want to filter by.
