How can I view the prospects who failed while importing?
Yes you can do that by navigating to Prospects >> Import History >> One-time Imports
For Viewing Skipped Prospects
Click on the Skipped Number and Outplay will open a popup like below
You can click on Download CSV if you want to download the records.
For Viewing Failed Prospects
Click on failed prospects, and Outplay will open a new pop-up where you can see the reason for failed prospects and also will have the option to download.
You can further click on the expand icon and see the details of those prospects
