How to Enable Power Dialer on Outplay: Admin Settings

Increase Your Sales Productivity with Outplay's Power Dialer

As a sales professional, making and receiving calls is an essential part of your job. However, manually dialing numbers can be time-consuming and tedious, and it can prevent you from reaching your full potential. This is where Power Dialer comes in. 


Enabling Power Dialer on Outplay can help you make more calls in less time, and increase your productivity as a sales rep. With Power Dialer, you can automatically dial through a list of phone numbers, and Outplay will connect you to the next call as soon as you're done with the current one. This eliminates the need to manually dial each number, which can save you a significant amount of time over the course of a day. Additionally, Power Dialer can help you reduce the amount of downtime between calls, which can keep you focused and engaged throughout your workday.


NOTES

  • Power Dialer can be enabled by an Outplay Admin only.

Here’s how you can enable Power Dialer on Outplay:

  • Log into Outplay. In the Engagement section, navigate to ProfileSettings.

  • Click Dialer on the sidebar menu.

  • In the Dialer section, enable the toggle for Enable Power Dialer

  • With Power Dialer, you can dial an alternate number if the default number is unreachable. Select the checkbox for the same to enable the feature.

The Power Dialer is enabled and ready to use.
