Outbound Health Status

Outplay now provides more information regarding the outbound email limits and the health of the domain.



Depending on the limit set in Safety Settings and Org Settings, the number of emails sent, the outbound health status will be determined.

The user can find this in 2 sections, in the Dashboard and Outbox section.








The Heath status icon -
This is located on the header of the Dashboard section.

Once the user clicks on it a new toggle window will appear as shown below.




This toggle will show the user’s Outbound health status for the day.





Within this section, the details are divided into 3 parts.

The Top section shows the user how many emails have already been sent out and the limit which is currently available.

Sent (Solid color)= New Emails (First email of any sequence) + Followup (Auto + Tasks )+ Replies + One-off

Projection (gradient color)= Scheduled(including Auto emails) + Followup(Tasks) + Replies + New Enrolments(1st step of sequence)

Email Failed: This shows how many emails are in a failed state in total.
Domain Limit Reached – this will show which domains have reached the limit of sending emails
Users can click on the refresh icon inside the box to see the updated number. Also, if a user navigates to some other page and comes back to the dashboard then the numbers will be automatically updated.

Outbox:



If there are any failed emails then, the more options icon will be highlighted in red, notifying the user to click and view.



Clicking on those more options, the Outbox page will show the number in red, this will help the user to make the changes needed.

Navigate to the Failed tab

Here, in the failed tab, we will group the failed emails basis the kind of errors that happened.

Below are some common reasons the emails would fail in Outplay.



Total: This will show the consolidated number of failed emails._

Bounced: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to reason bounced

User unavailable: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to reason user unavailable

Opted Out: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to reason Opted out

Attachment failed: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to the reason attachments are big in size or attachments are not available.

Sending Limit: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to reason sending limit reached

Variable Missing: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to reason bounced

Domain Limit: This will show the consolidated number of emails which are failed due to the reason domain limit reached.

Add to Sequence: While adding prospects to the sequence, if the daily limit is about to be reached, a warning note will populate on the screen as shown below.
