Outplay Connect now works with Salesforce

Now use Outplay Shortcuts within Salesforce



SFDC chrome extension allows users to import prospects, accounts, and opportunities into Outplay, add prospects to sequences, create tasks, and reach prospects seamlessly from Salesforce. In addition, Salesforce users can import contacts, leads in bulk, one-off contacts/leads, and bulk lists directly by clicking on the widget next to each field.


Users will also call prospects and leads directly from Salesforce, add them to sequences, and send emails.

How to Install and use Outplay extension -

Access Google Chrome.

Search Outplay Connect on your Chrome web store.

To directly install Outplay Connect, use this link.

Install the extension on your Chrome and ensure the Chrome is updated to its latest version; after a successful installation, pin the Outplay Connect to your webpage and make sure the Outplay Extension Settings are allowed & enabled.


Within SFDC, the extension will work on the following fields and pages.

Contacts | Leads | Accounts | Opportunities

**How to Import Prospects from the Contacts Tab?**



Login to your Salesforce account, assuming the extension has been installed.

Navigate to the Contacts tab.

Select the checkbox of the contacts which you want to import to Outplay.

Click on the option Import to Outplay, and all the contacts selected will be imported to Outplay.




On selecting the option Import to Outplay, a dialog box will open showing the progress bar, as shown below.




In the list, you will see the Call icon in front of the phone numbers. Clicking on that icon will open the dialer, and SDR will be able to call the respective contact. Once the call is completed, the Call log popup will open. Also, the prospect will be auto-created, and the call dialed will be auto-mapped to that prospect if the prospect doesn't exist.




In the list, you will be able to see the Email icon in front of the email id. Clicking on that icon will open the compose email box and SDR will be able to compose the email and send it from there. Sending the email will auto-create the prospect and map the sent email in that prospect if the prospect doesn't exist.


**How to Import One-off Prospects to Outplay from the Contacts Page?**



Search for the contact profile and open the contact profile.

The extension will indicate that the contact has not yet been pulled into Outplay and ask if you want to pull them into the platform. Once confirmed, a new prospect will be created in Outplay, the extension will pull up the existing prospect profile if the prospect already exists by searching in the database.

You can also use the Click to Call and Click to Email functionality from the contact page.

Look for the respective icons in front of the phone number or ID and click on the same.


**How to Import Lists from the Contacts Page?**



Within your Salesforce account, navigate to the Contacts tab and select the list which you want to import into Outplay.

Find the View picklist to select a previously created list and select Go or Create a New View.

Click on the send list to Outplay button, refer to the screenshot below




**How to Import Prospects from the Leads page?**



log in to your Salesforce account.

Navigate to the Leads tab.

Select the checkbox of the leads which you want to import to Outplay

Click on the option Import to Outplay and all the leads selected will be imported to Outplay.

On selecting the option Import to Outplay, the dialog box will open, showing the progress bar. Refer to the below screenshot.

**How to import one-off leads to Outplay





Search for the lead profile and open the lead profile.

**How to import Lists from Leads Page?





From your Salesforce account, navigate to the Leads tab and select the list which you want to import into Outplay.

Find the View picklist to select a previously created list and select Go or Create a New View.

Click the blue Import to Outplay button.

**How to Import Accounts into Outplay?**



Log in to your Salesforce account.

Navigate to the Accounts tab.

Select the checkbox of the accounts which you want to import to Outplay.

Click on the option Import to Outplay, and all the accounts selected will be imported to Outplay.

Also, the contacts mapped to that account will be imported to Outplay and automatically mapped to their respective account.


On selecting the option Import to Outplay, a dialog box will open, showing the progress bar.

**How to Import a Prospect from the Accounts Page?**



Open the account by clicking on the account name.

On the accounts page, navigate to the contacts section.

In the header of the contacts section, you will see Import to Outplay, and all the contacts available will be imported to Outplay along with that account information.




**How to Import Lists from the Accounts Page?





From your Salesforce account, navigate to the Accounts tab and select the list you want to import into Outplay.

Find the View picklist to select a previously created list and select Go or Create a New View.

Click on the Send List to Outplay button.

How to Import Opportunities into Outplay?





log in to your Salesforce account.

Navigate to the Opportunities tab.

Select the checkbox of the Opportunities which you want to import to Outplay.

Click on the option Import to Outplay, and all the opportunities selected will be imported to Outplay.

How to import Lists from Opportunities?




From your Salesforce account, navigate to the Opportunities tab and select the list you want to import into Outplay.

Find the View picklist to select a previously created list and select Go or Create a New View.

Click on the Send list to Outplay button.
