In this article, we will discuss how to map position from PCRecruiter with Outplay Sequence
Once the integration is connected, Outplay will fetch the positions as and when those are modified or created new.
Once the integration is set up, positions that were created in the past 30 days will be automatically synced onto Outplay.
If you wish to sync positions that were created before 30 days you will have to edit them and they will be synced.
Sequence Settings
- Navigate to Sequences and open the sequence in which you want to map the position from PCRecruiter.
- Go to the settings tab of the respective sequence.
- Scroll down and under the PCRecruiter section, select the job to tag the same.
- Once the position is selected, the inbound and outbound sections will appear.
Inbound Section
| Add Candidate to sequence when Position Candidate Stage is | With this option, all the candidates from the selected position will be added to the sequence if their stage in the position matches the selected field in this drop-down. |
| Finish the sequence if the Candidate Position stage changes to any of the following |
With this option, if a candidate replies outside Outplay or shows no interest, this option finishes the sequence for them.

| Pause the sequence in Outplay if the Position stage is any of the following in PCRecruiter |
With this option, pause the sequence when the position is Closed in PCRecruiter

Outbound Section
| On the bounce, change the Candidate Position Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the candidate stage of the contact to the selected option, whenever that contact is bounced in Outplay |
| On reply change the Candidate Position Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in position to the selected option, whenever that candidate has replied in Outplay |
| On sequence finished change the Candidate Position Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in position to the selected option, whenever that candidate's respective sequence steps are finished in Outplay |
| If the prospect is opted out in Outplay, then update the Position Candidate Stage to | With this option, Outplay will update the stage of the candidate in position to the selected option, whenever that candidate has opted out from Outplay |
