You can add your Pipedrive Smart BCC email in the Mailbox BCC field of your Outplay account.
This will help you to see email threads from Outplay into your Pipedrive inbox. Once the email has been forwarded, the thread will be automatically linked to the respective deals or people contacts in your Pipedrive account.
In Pipedrive, You can find the company-specific universal BCC address by going to Tools and apps > Email sync > Smart email bcc address.
Once the company-specific universal BCC address is copied, you can then paste it into the BCC section of your Outplay Account.
There are few things you need to check so that BCC works properly:
For BCC to work Outplay connected mailbox email and Pipedrive user login email should be the same.
If you are checking the email in your teammate's account then you should enter BCC in their settings as well.
It depends on the Pipedrive plan also as it works only with Advanced, Professional and Enterprise plans.
