Resume Option on Prospects Section.

In this article, we will discuss how to resume prospects in multiple sequences through the Prospects Section.

As part of our new enhancements, we have introduced the ability to resume prospects directly through the Prospects section.

Your prospects can be paused manually or automatically depending on their Mail validity or interaction.

Users can now filter them out and resume them accordingly.


Expanding the Filter & views.

• Navigate to the Prospects section.
• Click on Filter and Views
• Expand the "Prospect Status" field and choose "Paused"
• Users can also add other filters to their view as per the use case, eg: Sequence, Owner, etc.
• Click on the 3 dotted lines and click on "Resume".

Please Note:- 

If the sequence is deactivated, as per the default behavior all the prospects shall be paused, resuming a prospect shall provide a warning “The associated sequence is disabled, please activate the sequence first to resume the prospect”
